1. What ChakriRadar is

ChakriRadar collects public job listings and ranks them against the résumé you provide. We are not the employer or recruiter for any listing and are not responsible for what employers post. Always apply through the original posting and check details yourself. Never pay anyone a “fee” to get a job — real employers don’t ask for one.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18. Keep your login secure and give accurate information; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account — creating extra accounts to get more free trials is not allowed.

3. Free trial, Free plan and Premium

• Free trial. New accounts get a short free trial with Premium features and a smaller daily AI allowance. After it ends you stay on the Free plan, which keeps job matching; the AI features are part of Premium.
• Premium costs ৳99 for 30 days. It includes AI help (fit checks, interview prep, letters, CV fixes) on a daily number of jobs shown on the Upgrade page, new-match alerts and nightly AI re-ranking.
• How to pay. You request Premium on WhatsApp and pay by bKash (or another method we accept). We activate it after we confirm the payment, normally within 24 hours.
• No automatic renewal. Premium simply ends after its period unless you pay again; nothing is charged automatically.
• Refunds. If we could not activate Premium after you paid, or you paid twice by mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will activate it or refund you. Otherwise payments for an active Premium period are not refundable.
• We may change prices or plan features for future periods; a period you already paid for is not affected.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t abuse, overload, probe or try to break the service, or get around its limits.
• Don’t scrape, copy or resell our listings or data.
• Don’t upload anything unlawful or anyone else’s résumé without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. AI features

AI scores and texts are generated automatically and can be wrong. Treat them as suggestions and check before you rely on them or send them to an employer.

6. No guarantees, and our liability

ChakriRadar is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee jobs, interviews, the accuracy or availability of any listing, or uninterrupted service. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using ChakriRadar at any time and delete your account yourself in the app (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
